Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to students and parents
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, admission process, and schedules
Maintain records of enquiries and update the database regularly
Follow up with interested leads to assist them in decision-making
Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team
Share daily/weekly reports with the supervisor
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during calls

Skills & Requirements
Good communication skills (Hindi/Bengali/English as required)
Clear telephone etiquette and confidence in speaking
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM entry preferred)
Ability to understand student needs and guide them politely
Prior telecalling/counselling experience in the education sector is an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
