Job Description

A Calling Executive-also known as a Telecalling Executive or Telecaller-is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers by phone to promote products or services, answer queries, and convert leads into sales. The job focuses on direct communication, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to promote products or services and generate sales.

- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

- Maintain, update, and manage customer contact databases.

- Explain company offerings and provide detailed information to customers.

- Follow up on leads, address feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Meet daily or monthly sales targets set by the organization.

- Record details of each call and sales outcomes for management reporting.

- Collaborate with colleagues to improve sales strategies and processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.

- Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.

- Ability to handle rejection, remain resilient, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.

- Customer-focused attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
