Job Description

We are looking for a smart and energetic Telecaller (Female preferred) to join our sales team. You will be responsible for calling real estate companies, explaining our Salesforce CRM for Real Estate and Cascade Wes product, and fixing appointments for product demos with our Sales Head.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential real estate clients.

• Explain company products (CRM & Cascade Wes) in simple and professional language.

• Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and update responses in CRM/Excel.

• Fix appointments for demos with the Sales Head.

• Handle basic queries and redirect qualified leads to senior team members.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus).

• Pleasant and confident voice.

• Fresher or 1–2 years of telecalling / telesales experience preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp).

• Ability to convince and build rapport quickly.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on experience).

• Incentives on achieving targets.

• Training provided on Salesforce CRM and Cascade Wes product.

• 5-day working (Mon–Sat).
