Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive ( NON SALES ) with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Freshers are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to customers/clients

Follow-ups with leads and existing contacts

Maintaining and updating call/data records

Preparing basic reports and MIS

Handling emails and coordination as required

Requirements:

Fluent in English (mandatory)

Pleasant and clear voice

Basic to good MS Excel knowledge

Graduate preferred

Freshers welcome with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Female candidates preferred

Candidates residing nearby the office location will be preferred
