Telecalling Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products/services, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads

• Present product/service information clearly and confidently

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into sales

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of calls & leads

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or in a similar role (preferred). Freshers are also welcome, especially those who are passionate about kickstarting their career in the financial industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle rejections and remain positive

• Basic computer knowledge

• Strong persuasion and closing skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
