Job Description

Tele Marketing & Operation Executive with 1+ year of work experience required in a Wholesale Mobile Accessories Organization located at Mumbai Central (neraby station)


Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM


JD:

• Follow up with clients for outstanding and pending payments

• Maintain debtor and payment records in Excel

• Handle daily payment tracking and reconciliation

• Coordinate with clients through calls and WhatsApp for payment reminders

• Assist in preparing basic accounts and collection reports

• Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and outstanding balances

• Support day-to-day accounting and administrative activities

• Share promotional flyers/images of mobile accessories via WhatsApp groups and broadcasts for customer engagement
