Explain company products/services clearly and accurately
Generate and qualify leads for sales or operations teams
Follow up with customers for documentation, confirmations, or reminders
Maintain accurate call records, customer details, and follow-up status
Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Ensure compliance with company policies, scripts, and regulatory guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of cases
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
