We are seeking an enthusiastic and articulate Telecalling Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibilities include recruiting staff members, handling inbound and outbound calls, and maintaining effective communication with suppliers to track order updates and resolve queries.
Recruitment & Staffing:
Source and screen potential candidates through telephonic interviews for various positions
Maintain a database of prospective employees and track their progress through the hiring process
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads for candidate evaluation
Follow up with candidates regarding their application status and onboarding documentation
Call Handling & Customer Communication:
Make and receive calls professionally, representing the company's values and culture
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain detailed records of all calls and interactions in the system
Submit daily progress reports and call logs to the supervisor
Supplier Coordination:
Communicate regularly with suppliers to obtain order updates and delivery schedules
Follow up on pending orders and resolve any supply chain issues promptly
Maintain positive relationships with suppliers through effective communication
Document supplier interactions and update relevant stakeholders on procurement status
Education & Experience:
Minimum 12th grade or higher education
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or recruitment coordination is preferred
Technical Skills:
Basic computer knowledge including MS Office (Word, Excel)
Familiarity with email communication and online scheduling tools
Personal Attributes:
Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in local and English languages
Highly talkative and persuasive personality with strong interpersonal skills
Active listening abilities to understand candidate and supplier requirements
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and suppliers
