We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inquiries, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads or sales.
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.
Explain products or services to customers and answer their questions.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
Follow up on leads and maintain a record of customer interactions.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations if required.
Maintain call logs and update customer information in the CRM.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Minimum qualification: [High School / Diploma / Graduate]
Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role is a plus.
