Position Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Assistance (Entry Level) to monitor and evaluate all sessions conducted under Askknatural. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring sessions start and end on time, maintain quality, and comply with company protocols. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, disciplined, and eager to start a career in operations and quality monitoring within the wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit live and recorded sessions (fitness, nutrition, consultation, and others) to ensure timeliness and quality.

  • Track trainer/consultant attendance and adherence to schedules.

  • Evaluate session standards, professionalism, and client engagement.

  • Maintain accurate and organized audit reports daily and weekly.

  • Identify process gaps or performance issues and escalate them to the operations team.

  • Support in implementing corrective measures and maintaining session quality consistency.

  • Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Department Leads for follow-ups and compliance tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (fresh graduates are welcome).

  • Strong observation and analytical skills with an eye for detail.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and reporting tools.

  • Ability to handle multiple audits with accuracy and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or exposure in operations, audit, or administrative roles.

  • Basic understanding of the wellness or service industry.
