Job Description

Aalite Health tech is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Tele calling Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, providing information about services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Attend inbound customer calls professionally.

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain company services and answer customer queries.

Follow up with customers and maintain records.

Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Achieve daily call and follow-up targets.

Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (preferred).

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
