We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused International Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering an exceptional support experience for international customers. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer queries, concerns, and complaints.
Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
Achieve performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, call quality, resolution rates, and productivity targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / PUC or equivalent.
6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, or a related field.
Strong verbal communication skills and customer-handling abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and the ability to work with CRM or support tools.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage customer concerns effectively.
Willingness to work in a 5-day work week with rotational shifts.
