Role Overview
We are looking for a Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales team by scheduling site visits and maintaining client communication. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
●Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases
●Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads
●Explain project details, pricing, and offers to prospective clients
●Schedule site visits for the sales team
●Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients
●Update and maintain CRM records accurately
●Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures
●Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
Requirements
●Graduate in any field
●1–3 years of experience in telecalling / customer support / real estate calling
●Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi (Marathi preferred)
●Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach
●Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
●Ability to handle rejection and maintain follow-up discipline
