Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and patients.

• Welcome patients to the Hypertension Patient Support Program (PSP).

• Clearly explain the benefits and process of the PSP.

• Share information about free diet consultations and assist in appointment scheduling (with consent).

• Inform patients about the documents required for PSP enrollment.

• Receive and verify submitted documents.

• Enroll patients into the PSP post-verification.

• Achieve daily calling targets and maintain accurate reports.
