We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Telecaller to support our NGO’s of fundraising efforts. The role involves connecting with donors, volunteers, and the general public over phone calls to spread awareness about our cause and encourage support for our programs.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors, volunteers, and supporters
Explain the NGO’s mission, programs, and impact in a clear and empathetic manner
Request donations, volunteer participation, or event registrations
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups
Address basic queries and handle objections politely
Follow call scripts while personalizing conversations when appropriate
Meet daily/weekly calling and fundraising targets
Coordinate with the team for follow-ups and campaign updates
Minimum qualification: 12
Good verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of computers
Ability to communicate with empathy and patience
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Prior experience in telecalling, fundraising, or customer service is an advantage
Passion for social causes and community development
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Honest, ethical, and responsible approach to fundraising
Willingness to learn and adapt to NGO campaigns
