Job Description

COMPANY NAME: RK TECHNOLOGIES

Shift Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (IST)

Work Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)

Role Overview

We are hiring for a voice-based US process. (Tellecalling).The role involves speaking with US clients, handling outbound calls, and completing assigned lead dial-outs within the shift.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to assigned US leads on a daily basis

Communicate clearly and professionally with US clients(training will be provided from joining date)

Maintain call quality, productivity, and follow workflow rules

Update call logs and report progress regularly

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (fluent & confident)

Ability to work night shifts (US Shift – 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM)

Good interpersonal and listening skills

Basic computer knowledge

Transport Facility

For Female Candidates: One-way drop facility will be provided while logging out after the shift.
