Position Overview

RIT Technology And Marketing Pvt. Ltd is seeking a motivated, disciplined, and customer-driven Remote

Telecaller to join our distributed sales operations. In this role, you will serve as the primary voice of

our organization, focusing on initiating outbound client outreach, managing prospective leads, and

driving business growth from your home office. You will be responsible for understanding customer

needs, effectively communicating our value proposition, and collaborating virtually with the team to

meet daily lead-generation and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

 Daily Calling: Make daily outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our

products/services.

 Lead Generation: Understand customer needs politely and convert them into interested

clients.

 Data Management: Daily update and maintain call records and customer details in

Excel/Online systems.

 Follow-ups: Conduct regular and timely follow-ups with interested clients to help close deals.

 Meetings: Attend daily mandatory team updates and training sessions via Zoom/Google

Meet.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (10+2) completed.

 Work Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply!

Maximum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer handling.

 Age Limit: Candidates must be 20+ years old.

 Device Requirements: Must have a personal Mobile Phone. Candidates with a

Laptop/Desktop will be highly preferred.

 Communication: Good speaking and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.

 Soft Skills: Patient listener, polite phone etiquette, and ability to handle customer questions

nicely.

 Self-Discipline: Ability to stay focused and work productively without supervision in a remote

environment.

Compensation & Other Details

 Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month (based on your interview and experience).

 Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 additional performance-based incentives based on target

achievement.

 Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹30,000 per month.
