Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services, resolve inquiries, and generate leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the database provided.

• Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.

• Generate leads and follow up on them through calls or emails.

• Maintain customer databases and records of calls made.

• Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate to the concerned department if needed.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

• Provide feedback on customer trends and market responses.
