Garg Realty Group is hiring 20 dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agents for immediate onboarding at our Gurugram office. This role requires in-person work and combines both office responsibilities and field visits. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for closing deals in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
• Identify potential clients via cold calls, field visits, and referrals.
• Generate and qualify leads to schedule site visits and drive interest. Client Interaction & Sales
• Conduct property tours and present suitable real estate options.
• Address client inquiries and provide expert guidance on property solutions.
• Negotiate deals and close sales while maintaining professionalism and transparency.
• Ensure post-sale follow-up and client satisfaction. Sales Target Achievement
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as outlined.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closed deals using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales strategy and client outreach. Market & Product Awareness
• Stay informed about the local property market, project developments, and competitor offerings.
• Share valuable market insights with the sales team and management.
