Position: Outbound Process Executive

Shift: Day Shift
Week Off: Rotational

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Please Note: Salary is NOT target-based.
Incentives are performance-based and offered in addition to the fixed salary.

Qualification:

• HSC or Graduate – Freshers and Experienced candidates welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential clients through outbound calls

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options

• Maintain follow-ups and assist clients through the process

• Build and maintain professional client relationships

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence in client interactions

• Basic computer knowledge
