We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Telecaller – Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and accurately.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines.
Meet personal/team call handling targets and customer service metrics.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Telecaller.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Fluency in [English / Hindi / Regional Language as required].
