Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Operations Executive to manage
product demos, onboarding, and customer support operations. This role combines
communication skills, basic technical understanding, and client servicing to enhance the
customer experience.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Customer Support Executive KRA:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat
Provide product support and basic troubleshooting
Ensure timely resolution and ticket closure
Coordinate with technical team for escalated issues
Maintain customer satisfaction and support records
Demo Executive KRA:
Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations (IVR, Missed Call, Voice
Services, etc.)
Assist clients with onboarding and feature explanation
Customize demo flow as per business needs
Handle client queries during or after the demo session
Collect and relay feedback to internal teams for improvement
Operational Support:
Update CRM and maintain activity logs
Coordinate between sales, support, and technical departments for smooth client
handover
Track lead progress, onboarding status, and client issues
Generate client reports, call logs, and documentation when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (BBA/BCA preferred)
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic understanding of cloud-based services/SaaS platforms
Strong coordination and client-handling ability
Knowledge of CRM and tools like Google Sheets, Zoom, and Email
