Job Summary
The Outbound Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to explain company services, generate leads, follow up with clients, and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
Explain company services and benefits clearly
Follow up for renewals, appointments, and customer queries
Maintain daily call records and customer data
Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Handle customer concerns professionally
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Coordinate with internal departments when required
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software
Ability to handle telephonic conversations confidently
Negotiation and customer handling skills
Self-motivated attitude

Graduate
Experience
6 months–3 Years preferred
Salary
₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience) fixed salary
