Job Description – Telecaller (Lead Generation)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to handle outbound calls, generate leads, and promote education-related courses and programs. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with students/parents professionally and converting inquiries into leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about our courses and training programs.

• Generate leads through calling, follow-ups, and maintaining strong communication.

• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities clearly.

• Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information.

• Convert inquiries into walk-ins/registrations by providing proper guidance.

• Handle walk-in inquiries when required.

• Follow up regularly with potential leads to ensure closures.

• Meet daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals.

• Coordinate with the counseling and admission teams for smooth workflow.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
