We are looking for Telecallers to join our team to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries of customers.

- Average,Basic,Good/ Excellent English communication skills.

- Outbound Lead Generation Process.

- HSC mandatory.

- Experience/Fresher both Apply.

- Male /Female both Apply.

- Age- 18 years +

- Shifts (9:30 AM- 7 PM), 6 days working, (Sun fixed Off).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.

• Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
