Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients and explain Slimming & Wellness programs.
Convert leads into consultations and appointments for the clinic.
Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain a lead database in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales & call targets.
Understand client needs and provide customized wellness solutions.
Coordinate with front desk and counsellors to ensure client appointments are managed effectively.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude to ensure excellent client experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales / telecalling (preferably in slimming, wellness, beauty, or healthcare industry).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English, Tamil, or regional languages).
Good listening skills and customer-centric approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM software).
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
