Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Customer Support (Technical)

📍 Location: Rajkot
🏢 Company: Xwatt Energy Pvt. Ltd.

Job Role:

  • Inbound & outbound calls handle karna for technical customer support (solar on-grid inverters).

  • Customer complaints & service requests register karna.

  • Basic technical issues troubleshoot karna (as per SOP).

  • Service engineer ke sath coordination karna for site visits.

  • Customer follow-ups & issue closure ensure karna.

  • Call logs aur support records maintain karna.

Requirements:

  • Telecalling / customer support experience preferred.

  • Basic technical understanding (solar / inverter knowledge advantage).

  • Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, Gujarati preferred).

  • Computer & CRM basic knowledge.

  • Customer-friendly attitude.

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
