1. Assist customers over the phone in selecting and purchasing a wide range of financial products (e.g., credit cards, loans, insurance, etc.).

2. Work exclusively in day shift hours—no night shifts.

3. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs consistently.

4. Maintain high productivity standards while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

5. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in handling changing work demands.

6. Ensure zero errors or losses during customer interactions and sales processes.

7. Maintain integrity by avoiding any mis-selling or fraudulent practices.

8. Respond to internal communications and escalations in a timely and effective manner.

9. Comply with and uphold all company policies and operational procedures.
