Responsibilities of the Candidates:
Conduct telephonic interviews and perform survey calling across various campaigns
Make timely outbound calls to respondents as per assigned targets
Follow standard communication “scripts” tailored to each campaign
Build rapport and maintain engaging conversations to ensure meaningful responses
Record and document responses accurately in the system
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly qualitative and quantitative performance goals
Provide feedback to supervisors regarding respondent behavior and script effectiveness
Uphold company values and ensure data integrity throughout all interactions
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to handle rejections and maintain professionalism
Comfortable working in a fast-paced calling environment
Mandatory: Proficiency in at least one regional language such as Bengali, Assamese, Kashmiri, or Gujarati
Basic computer literacy for data entry and call logging
