The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential donors, supporters, and volunteers over the phone. The role involves explaining the NGO’s mission, raising awareness, and encouraging people to contribute towards ongoing projects and campaigns.
Make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters.
Present the NGO’s cause and fundraising initiatives in a clear, engaging, and empathetic manner.
Maintain donor records and update call status in the system/CRM.
Follow up with interested donors for payments, receipts, and feedback.
Meet daily and monthly calling/fundraising targets.
Coordinate with the fundraising and communication teams for campaign updates.
Handle donor queries courteously and professionally.
Participate in team meetings and share ideas to improve outreach effectiveness.
