We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive with strong communication skills for international calling (Dubai). The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to international clients/customers, managing CRM data, and supporting customer engagement and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and capable of building lasting relationships with customers across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to international customers for lead conversion, follow-ups, and client engagement.
Respond to incoming queries and provide timely solutions with a customer-centric approach.
Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Assist the sales/support team in nurturing leads and improving customer retention.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, marketing) for smooth service delivery.
Prepare and maintain call records, reports, and performance trackers.
Ensure all customer grievances are handled professionally and courteously.
Stay updated with company products, services, and offers to communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in international calling or customer service (1–3 years preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Working knowledge of CRM software and call handling systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working in different time zones as required (Dubai-Middle East)
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
