Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic Telecallers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication and passionate about connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain products/offers and generate leads or appointments.

• Maintain records of calls and follow-ups.

• Handle customer queries and objections politely and effectively.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and Basic English is mandatory.

• Additional languages like Bengali, Telugu, Kannada, or Tamil will be an added advantage.

• basic computer knowledge

• good communication skill in Marathi and Hindi

Eligibility:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹15,000 to ₹20,000/month

• Attendance Bonus

• Monthly Incentives based on performance
