📞 Job Description: Tele Caller – Loan Recovery

Location: Bhandup, Mumbai
CTC: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year
Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred

🏢 About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Tele Caller to join our loan recovery team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, reminding them of pending loan repayments, and ensuring timely recovery through professional communication. Leads will be provided by the company, and the role will be office-based.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments.

• Explain repayment schedules and resolve basic queries related to loan accounts.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and recovery status.

• Build rapport with customers while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Achieve daily/weekly recovery targets set by the management.

• Coordinate with the recovery team for escalated cases.

✅ Desired Candidate Profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele-calling, collections, or customer service.

• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.

• Ability to handle difficult conversations with patience and professionalism.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
