Meet assigned performance targets.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Escalate matters to the appropriate team when necessary.

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service-oriented attitude.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally.
