Job Description

ATM Gold Exchange is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining our gold exchange services, and generating leads.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers

Explain ATM Gold services clearly

Follow up with interested customers

Maintain call records and update details

Coordinate with the sales team

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)

Basic computer knowledge

Friendly and convincing speaking skills
