Telecaller – Banking Collections (Noida)

Location: Noida
Job Type: Full-time | On-site
Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers & Experienced)
Qualification: 12th Pass (10+2) & Above
Salary: ₹12,000–₹20,000/month + Incentives
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls for EMI reminders and payment collections.
Resolve customer queries professionally.
Update call records in CRM.
Achieve daily/monthly collection targets.

Required Skills:

Good communication in Hindi & basic English.
Convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: Experience in telecalling, collections, customer service, banking/NBFC, or CRM systems.

Eligibility: Age 18–30 years | Languages: Hindi & English.
