Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller (female) to join our client Cosmetic Company located at Satellite Ahmedabad. The role offers upto Rs 15000 per month salary and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Cosmetic Industry. Key Responsibilities:

Follow-up outstanding payments with customers.

Handle orders placement and inquiry follow-up

Attend incoming calls, follow-up and tracking

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote cosmetic products.

Explain product features, offers, and benefits to customers clearly.

Handle inbound queries regarding products, prices, availability, and offers.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification HSC and Experience Range 6 month to 1 year. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 Working Days week during the Day Shift.
