5-DAYS WORKING WITH FIXED SAT-SUN OFF

SALARY: FRESHERS (23K CTC)

EXPERIENCED IN RECORDS RETRIEVER (32K CTC)

EDUCATION: 12th PASS/ GRADUATION

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle FOLLOW-UP calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Maintain MEDICALRECORDS of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues

• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

• EXCELLENT ENGLISH IS MANDATORY WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
