Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus. • Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role. • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or call center systems.
