Job Title: Customer Support Experts – International

📍 Location: Sector 142, Noida, Near Noida Sec- 142 Metro Station
📅 Work Schedule: 5 Days/Week | Rotational Shifts 24/7 | Rotational Week Offs
🛺 Night Shift Cab: Available between 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM

💰 Compensation:
• International Desk: Upto ₹4.2 LPA

🎓 Qualification:
• Graduation is must

📝 Job Responsibilities:
• Provide voice-based customer support for travel-related queries
• Assist with bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with leads, SMEs, and support teams to meet KPIs
• Maintain compliance and uphold confidentiality

International Desk Specifics:
