Job Title: Education Consultant / Admission Counselor

Job Summary:

Visa Mantri Education Consultancy is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Education Consultants to guide students and parents in choosing the right colleges for higher education (B.Tech, Degree, Abroad Studies, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for student counseling, admissions support, and maintaining strong relationships with colleges and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding college admissions and career options

Provide detailed information about donation and non-donation colleges (e.g., SRM, VIT, Amrita, etc.)

Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and direct meetings

Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions

Maintain student database and update admission status regularly

Coordinate with partner colleges for seat availability and admission process

Assist students in documentation and application procedures

Achieve monthly admission targets

Required Skills:

Strong communication and convincing skills

Knowledge of engineering colleges and admission process

Sales and counseling ability

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)

Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English (preferred)

Qualifications:

Minimum: Intermediate / Degree

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)

Experience in education consultancy or telecalling is an advantage
