Job Summary:

We’re looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, engage with customers, understand their requirements, and help drive business growth. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people and building quick rapport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain products or services clearly and persuasively.

• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain call logs and update customer records in CRM.

• Follow up on leads to ensure conversion.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
