Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential donors, volunteers, and supporters
Explain the NGO’s mission, ongoing projects, and impact
Encourage donations, sponsorships, or participation in campaigns
Maintain and update donor databases and call records
Handle inbound calls and respond to queries professionally
Build and maintain long-term relationships with donors
Follow up with existing donors for renewals and updates
Meet daily/weekly calling and fundraising targets
