Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain property projects.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Schedule client meetings and site visits with the sales team.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM/Excel).
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and site visits.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Prior experience in Telecalling / Real Estate Sales / Customer Service preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
