Job Duties
Make outbound calls to prospective parents, students, and enquiry leads.
Handle inbound calls and respond to enquiries regarding courses, batches, timings, and fees.
Provide accurate and clear information about the English enrichment programmes offered by the centre.
Follow up with existing leads and ensure timely conversion.
Maintain a polite, soft-spoken, and professional tone during all telephonic interactions.
Record call details, feedback, and follow-up status accurately.
Coordinate with the academic and counselling team for admissions and scheduling.
Ensure daily call targets and follow-up commitments are met.
Attend the centre every working day for the assigned 3-hour shift.
Job Responsibilities
Represent the centre professionally and positively over the phone.
Use fluent and confident spoken English while communicating with parents and learners.
Build rapport and trust through effective communication and convincing voice modulation.
Handle objections, queries, and concerns patiently and effectively.
Update enquiry data, call logs, and follow-up sheets using Google tools and MS Office.
Maintain confidentiality of student and parent information..
Work collaboratively with the internal team to achieve enrolment goals.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in spoken English.
Soft-spoken, clear, and convincing voice tonality.
Strong telephonic communication and listening skills.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and MS Office.
Ability to manage time efficiently within a 3-hour daily schedule.
Professional attitude and consistency in attendance.
