We are looking for a Female Telecaller to handle customer interactions and generate leads for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining property details, and coordinating with the sales team to drive site visits and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Explain property details (location, pricing, offers, amenities)

Generate and qualify leads

Schedule site visits for the sales team

Follow up with interested clients regularly

Handle inbound enquiries professionally

Maintain daily call records and updates

Requirements

Good communication skills (Telugu / English preferred)

Confident and convincing speaking ability

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM)

Ability to handle targets and follow-ups

Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Degree
