Job Description

Hiring: International Voice Process Executive (Inbound Calling)
📍 Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for an International Inbound Voice Process. Candidates with excellent communication skills and prior experience in handling international customer calls are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from international customers in a professional manner
Resolve customer queries effectively and provide accurate solutions
Deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction
Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions
Update customer details and maintain accurate records in the system
Achieve quality standards and productivity targets set by the process team
Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and compliance standards

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Minimum 12 months of experience in an International Inbound Voice Process
Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
Immediate joiners are highly preferred
Flexible to work from office

Salary Package:

6–11 Months Experience: ₹3.8 – ₹4.0 LPA
12–17 Months Experience: ₹4.0 – ₹4.25 LPA
18+ Months Experience: ₹4.6 – ₹4.68 LPA
