Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Candidates should be fluent in English & Hindi or English & Telugu and be comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and provide support through inbound and outbound voice calls.

  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.

  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.

  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory).

  • Experience: Freshers to 1 year of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / Voice Process / BPO.

  • Language Requirement (Mandatory):

    • English & Hindi OR

    • English & Telugu

  • Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge.

Salary & Benefits

  • In-hand Salary: Up to ₹23,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
