Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Working Hours & Schedule
Hours: 3-4 hours per day (flexible timing).
Days: Monday to Saturday. Sunday is a scheduled holiday.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 per month.
• Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives.
• Training: Comprehensive 3-day process and product training will be provided.
