Job Description:

We are hiring Telecallers for Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited on TeamLease payroll. The candidate will be responsible for contacting existing customers for insurance policy renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

Call existing customers regarding their insurance policy renewal.

Explain renewal details and benefits to customers.

Take regular follow-ups with customers.

Convince customers and close renewal sales.

Maintain proper call records and update customer details in the system.

Achieve monthly renewal and calling targets.

Requirements:

Good communication skills.

Basic knowledge of computer and calling process.

Ability to convince customers.

Experience in telecalling / customer service is preferred (Freshers can also apply).
